Cinco de Mayo (Year One: Volume 2; May, 2010)
Delicioso! Our second Club date happened to fall on Cinco de Mayo. We, of course, chose the Mexican theme, but also decided to make it an open invitation. We had a big group, but our chefs for the night were: Natalie, Jen B., Beckie, me, Nick, and Julie. ¡Viva Mexico!
We enjoyed our recipe dishes with refried beans, all the fixings to make Nick's Carnitas into fajitas, and, of course, margaritas!
